The IMT School spaces

The rooms/spaces of the IMT School may also be granted for use to third parties, in line with the normal performance of institutional activities.

This service may be provided free of charge or for a fee, as regulated in the specific School Regulations, to host seminars, conferences, meetings, research activities and events. 
The venue booking must be submitted with sufficient advance notice with respect to the date of actual use of the same and, in any case, with a notice of no less than 15 days.

The IMT School excludes the concession of spaces for events and initiatives promoted:
•    by political parties, organisations or movements with the exclusive purpose of propaganda or proselytism;
•    by religious movements or associations for purposes of worship or proselytism;
•    by individuals, associations or groups that conflict with the fundamental principles established by the Italian Constitution or that propagate or support discriminatory ideas or practices based on gender, sexual orientation, citizenship or membership in ethnic groups, language, religious beliefs, political opinions or personal or social conditions.

The IMT School provides spaces both in the San Francesco Complex and San Ponziano Complex.

The IMT School also offers accommodations at its Guest quarters (located in the San Francesco Complex), comprising of 4 single rooms and 9 apartments (studios and two-rooms apartments options are available).
Please note that the granting of accommodation is accepted only if in conjunction with the concession of the spaces.
