Quality Assurance System

The quality assurance system adopted by the IMT School finds its roots in the fundamental principles of continuous improvement and cyclical process review. It aims to guarantee and promote the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the School’s activities in education, research, and third mission.

The IMT School has summarised its quality assurance objectives in the "Quality Policies" document. At the same time, the School has designed a Quality Assurance system that defines the set of processes, activities, and responsibilities provided by the IMT School to ensure:

  • the quality of all services provided;
  • the pursuit of strategic and development goals;
  • the monitoring and self-evaluation of the results achieved;
  • the continuous improvement of processes and of the quality assurance system itself;
  • the involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
