Access to administrative documents and Civic access

The IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca guarantees the participation of interested parties in administrative procedures in accordance with the provisions of Law 241/1990; in this context, it guarantees that those who have a direct, concrete and actual interest, linked to a legally protected situation related to the procedure, can access the related administrative documents.

The School also implements the principle of administrative transparency, as total accessibility of data and documents held by public administrations, in order to protect the rights of citizens, promote the participation of interested parties in administrative activity and encourage widespread forms of control over the pursuit of institutional functions and the use of public resources, achieved through the mandatory publication of certain categories of data and documents in the Transparent Administration section.

It is also granted, through the instrument of Civic access, to request the School to publish data or documents subject to mandatory publication, which have not been published, and to access additional data and documents held by it. The School has regulated the exercise of the right of Access to administrative documents and the right of Civic Access within specific Regulation (Italian only).
