Recruitment of one (1) post in the Civil Service, Administrative and Management Sector, on a permanent basis, to meet the needs of the Planning, Control and Quality Office

Activity:

By way of example, though not limited to these, the successful candidate may be required to:

- provide support to the Evaluation Unit, including in its capacity as an Independent Evaluation Body;

- provide support to the Quality Assurance Unit and the Joint Staff-Student Committee in the performance of their duties;

- arrange the convening, organisation and minute-taking of the meetings of the aforementioned bodies;

- assist with the review and implementation of the Quality Assurance system, including in preparation for periodic accreditation;

- periodically update ministerial databases;

- provide support in defining and implementing the performance measurement and evaluation system;

- prepare documents, reports and accounts as part of strategic planning and the performance cycle;

- prepare and administer customer satisfaction questionnaires, as well as analysing the results;

- provide support in the management and monitoring of strategic projects.

Profile:

To carry out the duties associated with the role advertised, the following knowledge is required:

- university legislation;

- the School’s internal regulations;

- regulations governing quality assurance and accreditation in the university context, and performance in the context of the public administration;

- the principles of process mapping and review.
