Public selection based on qualifications and examinations for the recruitment of one (1) position in the Area of Officials, Technical-IT Sector, on a permanent basis, for the needs of the IMT School Administration.
Support activities:
- Strategic planning for the School and its implementation with regard to development objectives in the field of university buildings and university residences;
- Management and coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance relating to construction and plant engineering works on buildings used by the School, including the management of relations with suppliers, contractors and external bodies (including, but not limited to, local authorities, the Superintendency and the Fire Brigade) within the scope of the activities described in this profile;
- the activities of the RUP (Sole Project Manager) and, if the requirements are met, possibly assuming this role;
- the three-year and annual planning of public works;
- the management of works and the execution of contracts;
- the design of civil engineering works aimed at new constructions or renovations, including partial renovations, of buildings mainly used for university purposes;
- the management of site and workplace safety in accordance with the Consolidated Safety Act (Legislative Decree No. 81/2008) and technical emergencies, including on-call duty, that may affect a building.

Profile:
The following skills and knowledge are required to perform the activities related to the job description:
knowledge, including through experience, of building maintenance and renovation work - in interior, exterior and roofing areas - and locksmith and carpentry work;
knowledge, including through experience, of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, automation, fire prevention, security and intrusion detection systems;
knowledge of procurement regulations, the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and subsequent amendments and additions, with particular reference to the regulation of public works;
knowledge of regulations governing university construction and calls for funding for university housing;
knowledge of regulations governing safety on construction sites and in the workplace in accordance with the Consolidated Safety Act (Legislative Decree No. 81/2008);
ability to draft and read technical documentation, graphic designs and architectural drawings;
ability to manage technical emergencies;
IT skills, with particular reference to the Office Suite;
knowledge of technical English;
user-oriented approach, both “internal” and “external” to the organisation;
good teamwork skills;
